PROFILE - Janice Turnbull

Janice Turnbull has been practising law in the Isle of Man for seven years, the first four and a half years of which were spent in Cains' Corporate (Banking) Department, servicing high quality international corporate clients – syndicated loans, leveraged acquisitions, defeasance and nil-weighted transactions.

Janice worked as an in-house legal adviser to the Financial Supervision Commission during the development phase of the corporate service provider regime and the transfer of Companies Register to the Commission.

In addition to general commercial work, Janice has considerable experience in asset finance.
