Janice Turnbull is a practising advocate, notary and commissioner for oaths. Having trained and practised in the corporate department of one of the largest firms of advocates on the Island, she went on to work as a legal adviser to the Financial Supervision Commission. Janice has considerable experience in asset finance (including aviation, shipping and real estate), banking and insolvency. She specialises in the drafting of commercial documentation, including finance, acquisition, consultancy and joint venture agreements.

In 2003 Janice established her own legal practice to exploit her experience in commercial and corporate legal issues and to provide a high quality service without the price tag of a “big firm”. With a skill base and technology which reflect those of large commercial firms, Janice believes she can provide a more competitive service offering full continuity in client matter handling without expensive administrative overheads.
